Radio program commands

Some Radio program systems support sending commands to Multicam, here is the current list of commands :

• START_STREAMING: start all configured streams, or if a parameter is present, just the named profile
• STOP_STREAMING: stop all active streams, or if a parameter is present, just the named profile
• START_RECORDING: start recording, optional parameter allows setting the name of the video
• STOP_RECORDING: stop recording
• SET_PRESET_BANK: select presets bank, requires its name as parameter
• START_EXTRACT: if currently recording, start an extract
• STOP_EXTRACT: if current in extract, stop it
• PUBLISH: publish the last recording, requires the workflow name as parameter
