multiCAM Suite doesn't recognize NDI streams from network

You may face an issue when trying to add NDI input in multiCAM settings and list is empty.

After some updates Windows changes Firewall settings and NDI streams are not available. 

There are two ways to fix it:

1. You can re-enable Firewall rules but delete the multiCAM rules before launching multiCAM. You'll get the prompt and be able to allow both public & private communications.
2. Disable the Windows Firewall
