On Twitch, log in to your account, then on the top right corner, click on your avatar then click on Creator Dashboard.
Click on Settings, then Stream. You will find your stream key.
Open Multicam, then open the settings and click on LIVE STREAMING
Create a new stream, give a name to the streaming profile (for example "Twitch stream") and select RTMP
- Server URL : rtmp://live.twitch.tv/app/
- Stream name : paste the Twitch stream key
- User : let it empty
- Password : let it empty
Click on TEST STREAMING button on the bottom right corner.
On Twitch, click on Stream Manager and you should see a video playing with animals on a beach.
NOTE : if the test does not work, the RTMP TCP port 1935 may be blocked by your firewall. Try RTMPS instead by changing the server URL
TIP : you can use the website called Twitch Inspector to run some advanced streaming tests.
Click here to start a stream test.
On Multicam, add ?bandwidthtest=true at the end of the stream URL. Using the "bandwidthtest" flag allows you to broadcast without appearing online to viewers or sending notifications. This helps test new settings or stability before a broadcast.
Then start to stream on Multicam using the TEST STREAMING button. Twitch Inspector will monitor the bandwidth. You will be able to check if your bandwidth is stable.
