It could be necessary to send a support request when an issue need to be analysed by the Multicam support team. Instead of sending a mail, a dedicated feature exist in Multicam Systems Software.
- Launch Multicam to open the Dashboard screen.
- Access to HELP CENTER
In the bottom right part of the screen, click on the interrogation mark - Then, access to CONTACT US
Click on the central button "Contact Us"
You will find a window dedicated to open a ticket
Fill the differents fieds - Add logs files
In order to provide to the multicam support team the more information to understand the issue, you can click on "ATTACH LOG" checkbox in bottom left corner. - Click the botton right button "Send to support"
A support ticket will be automatically created with usefull information about your system configuration.
