It could be necessary to send a support request when an issue need to be analysed by the Multicam support team. Instead of sending a mail, a dedicated feature exist in Multicam Systems Software.
- Launch Multicam to open the Dashboard screen.
- Access to HELP CENTER
In the bottom right part of the screen, click on the interrogation mark - Then, access to CONTACT US
Click on the central button "Contact Us"
You will find a window dedicated to open a ticket
Fill the differents fieds - Add logs files
In order to provide to the multicam support team the more information to understand the issue, you can click on "ATTACH LOG" checkbox in bottom left corner.
You can also manually collect logs to send to the support from this following folder :
C:\ProgramData\MultiCam\Logs
- Click the botton right button "Send to support"
A support ticket will be automatically created with usefull information about your system configuration.
