How to enable higher level of log ("Verbose Logging") ?

In order to have more information into the log files generated by Multicam, there is a way to enable a higher level of log information. This guide documentation show you how to enable theses logs.

1. Launch Multicam to open the Dashboard screen.
   
   
2. Access to HELP CENTER
   In the bottom right part of the screen, click on the interrogation mark
   
   
   
3. Then, access to LOGS VIEWER
   Click on the central button "LOGS VIEWER"
   
   You will find a window dedicated to logs display
   
   
4. Enable "Verbose logging"
   

This highest level of log information will allow Multicam support team to have more information about the behavior of your multiCAM BOX.
