SHURE configuration

This article will give you the information in order to setup the integration with your Shure conference system.

Integration with Shure is carried out through TCP connection and integration of Shure protocol. MultiCam receives microphone activity in order to automate video filming.

Configure Shure

First, you need to switch on the conference system and identify all the mics. Push the TALK button on each microphone one by one for initialization. You should see in the Shure interface mic activation when you enable or disable mics.

Configure MultiCam CONF

Once you have started MultiCam Conf, choose SYSTEM and click START:

Configuration is straight forward: you first pick "Shure model" as audio-conferencing source and enter its IP address and port.

Note: Make sure you have the same port specified on both systems.

Once you press CONNECT, you should see all the microphones in the interface.

Your SHURE system is now ready to communicate with multiCAM CONF for automated broadcasting of your conferences!
