multiCAM can not initialize cameras after installing new BMD drivers

After installing new Blackmagic drivers, if multiCAM cannot initialize cameras, first checking if all cards are recognized with BM Desktop Video. If not, uninstall BMD cards using "Device manager" and delete them. Refresh (or reboot) to force new hardware detection.
