Multicam Live Output is frozen and doesn't refresh

The live output is frozen when the user tries to change video sources or scenes, but the actual output, recordings and streams are fine. This means that the hardware-accelerated video is disabled. To re-enable it, change the following registry key :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics\DisableHWAcceleration=0

This DWORD key needs to be equal to 0.
