Streamdeck buttons seems to be inefficient

After a 2.1.5 to 2.3.0 upgrade of Companion, streamdeck buttons could not trigger any event on Multicam. Issue #5571

Situation

On a NUC, the user cannot trigger event to the MulticamBOX through the Streamdeck or even through the Emulator.
But, by swagger, the multicamBOX is reachable.

Solving steps

Companion buttons configuration could have been corrupted through the upgrade

1. Access to NUC and multicamBOX through Teamwviewer
   It will be necessary to test the process.
   
   
2. Go to Companion GUI
   Notification zone > companion/bitfocus > Right click > Launch GUI
   
   
   
3. Show Buttons Tab
   
   
   
4. Select a button
   It should show buttons mapping informations
   
   
   
5. Test it through the Emulator
   It should work : now the button was "selected", his mapping was refreshed
   
   
6. Repeat 4. et 5. step for each buttons.
   If you are sure of the solving effect, it will be necessary to repeat only the 4th step.
