You will find here the information about our latest releases.

The required drivers versions for the 10.2 releases are:

Version 10.2.10 – 2025/01/13

FEATURES

General

  • Updated copyright to 2025.
  • Add 2 additional audio output slots.
  • Register audio/video engine DLLs in installer to allow Multicam output to be declared and used in visio-conference apps.

In Situ

  • Add possibility to launch visio-conference apps from the application. The way to launch those applications are defined in the main settings, not the In Situ settings.

Titler

  • Added an option to “rewind on take” on an RSS group. This means that every time the group is added to the output (by any means), the RSS stream will restart from its first element.

BUGFIXES

Titler

  • Fixed URL example for the HTML element in Titler. This was only a display issue.

Version 10.2.9 – 2024/12/16

BUGFIXES

General

  • Fixed default room created instantiating “Auto” cameras with invalid “Auto (IP)” communication mode. Instead, the default room will use a “Fixed camera” configuration.
  • Fixed the default room created allowing to go over the license sources limit if more inputs are available than the license allows.

Assist

  • Fixed a crash when trying to suppress a non-image entry in an image panel.

Conf

  • Fixed live movement visible when starting Conf IA under certain conditions.

API

  • Fixed an exception when trying to publish a non-existing record by providing a random record ID.

Version 10.2.8 – 2024/12/03

FEATURES

General

  • Adding a Sony ILME FR7 camera now requires a login and password for the camera to be added.

Conf

  • Using a bad configuration where the AI gets stuck due to lack of presets will no longer generate gigabytes of logs.

BUGFIXES

General

  • The camera control mode (RS232 or IP) will no longer be invalidated when switching between cameras allowing the use of the previous control mode.

Radio / Conf

  • Fixed redetecting cameras not refreshing their state in Radio or Conf (ex: a camera unplugged upon the module’ start wasn’t usable even if it was later plugged and redetected in Multicam; it now is).

Synchronizer

  • Fixed a crash when accessing the file synchronization tab when all machines have been deleted while offline and there was a previous configuration.
  • Fixed logs written in the wrong folder (introduced in 10.0)

Version 10.2.7 – 2024/11/18

FEATURES

Titler

  • Added a button to remove a background in a group. The background needs to be selected for the button to appear.

Radio

  • Improved David Systems DIGAS TPS integration by listing the files available on the Multicam system usable as Data Models.

BUGFIXES

Radio / Conf

  • Fix a mic being toggled on and immediately off when the “Focus last if active” policy is running with a system that send a signal twice for any microphone activated (case seen on a Taiden setup to merge left and right microphones of a single mic input).

Radio

  • Fixed David Systems DIGAS TPS integration to no longer reset current variables’ values when no variables are provided in a “now playing” message.

Version 10.2.6 – 2024/11/05

FEATURES

Conf

  • Added support for the Televic CONFERO system.

Radio

  • Reduce the quantity of errors logged when the connection to an Ember+ console has been lost.
  • Reworked the David Systems DIGAS TPS integration to now use data models provided by Multicam itself. Data models files are expected to be placed in C:\ProgramData\MultiCam\Radio\_Data\DavidSystemsTPSModels.

BUGFIXES

General

  • Fixed a UI freeze that could happen when using the API to start a module while a modal dialog is opened in an already running module (eg. starting In Situ while Titler has been opened from within Studio).
  • Fixed a video deletion failing when it has just been in a cancelled publication.
  • Fixed a random issue where the Publisher rescan window would stay opened after it has finished.

Radio / Conf

  • Fixed an updated stream URL or key not showing the new value in the live UI.
  • Potential fix to re-establish a connection to an Ember+ console after the console was lost.

Assist

  • Fixed losing a panel’s customization if two panels use the same name in 2 different titler sets and in 2 different scene sets.

Version 10.2.5 – 2024/10/21

FEATURES

Titler

  • Added support of animated images (GIF), video and image sequence for image zone. Two modes of playback: loop or one time.
  • Better handling of charset of RSS stream.

General

  • Log Ip addresses of network interfaces.
  • Added support of scroll wheel to navigate in Rooms tab (settings).

Pilot

  • Unlock preset in case of preset recall timeout. This fixes infinite spinner in some case.
  • Removed “Refresh presets” and “Clear presets” buttons from camera settings, as they were ineffective.

BUGFIXES

Titler

  • Fix image size information showing 0x0 when adding background.
  • Fix wrong background replacement in case of cancelled image selection.

Radio / Conf

  • Fix ability to create more than one hardware preset mode room when continuing a configuration that was not finished.

Assist

  • Fix a crash when trying to move a panel freshly emptied of all its elements.

Version 10.2.4 – 2024/10/07

FEATURES

General

  • Added support for the Panasonic AW-UE40 and AW-UE50.

BUGFIXES

General

  • Fix a crash when closing the settings with the “Edit Room” dialog still open.
  • Fix framerates issues while the UI is frozen (which can happen when copying/pasting medias in a dialog opened from within Multicam) by disabling the tool to help UI freezes.

API

  • Taking a medialist which has the Auto Play mode active but no media will no longer send the SignalR message “OnPlaylistPlay”.

In Situ

  • Editing a composition that is currently live will now correctly refresh it in the output.

Radio / Conf

  • Resetting a configuration will no longer force the preset mode to “software” when there are no other rooms with a valid Radio or Conf configuration.
  • Fix a crash when triggering a configuration reset while other changes to the number of required presets have been applied but not saved.
  • Fix a temporary configuration to be stored longer than necessary after completing a wizard.

Pilot

  • Fix preset capture failing when no video source is available.

Titler

  • Fix a crash that happens when an RSS source contains non-standard date time format. If this happens, the date will be an empty string in Titler.

Version 10.2.3 – 2024/09/23

FEATURES

General

  • Add a NONE NDI source which will display a black screen if you want to not display a source anymore.

Titler / Composer

  • The Ticker element now allows for a very basic RSS mode. Only the Description field will be shown for now.
  • RSS titler will now read a remote feed as UTF-8 as it is more common. Respecting the specified character set or customizing it will come later in an upcoming release.
  • Improved using the arrow keys in Titler and Composer to move elements around.
    • You can now simultaneously move an element horizontally and vertically.
    • Releasing the “Shift” key will no longer stop the movement.
    • Smooth out the movement speed in case of UI slow downs.

Radio / Conf

  • Audio systems will be consistently sorted in alphabetic order.

Assist

  • If an UI customization file gets corrupted, Multicam will now try to load a backup to limit the number of lost selections, and UI customization.

BUGFIXES

General

  • It no longer is possible to simultaneously declare a device to be a PC Input and a video input in a room.
  • Fixed a crash if a network interface suddenly become unavailable (precise scenario unknown).

API

  • Fixed a crash that would happen both in the REST api as well as the SignalR API when getting informations about a scene referencing unavailable data (referencing a deleted Titler element or deleted Titler file).

Input

  • Fix focus bar not displayed in the Spirit OLED remote controller when using a SPIRIT Head.

Radio

  • Fix an error or potential crash when switching from auto to man when an error in Radio initialization is happening and a dialog is displayed.

Assist

  • Fixed UI freeze when trying to access an importer for which the source is on an unavailable network drive.

 

Version 10.2.2 – 2024/09/09

FEATURES

API

  • Selecting a media in a playlist through API will now apply the selection to Assist.

BUGFIXES

Assist

  • Fixed crash if a medialist’s item drag and drop is started by clicking around the media.
  • Fixed medialist copy/paste operations not respecting the LIVE scene selection.
  • Fixed a Titler’s Panel or Speaker content update done through API not being applied to Assist.
  • Fixed images loaded in Panel or Speaker being locked at the file level (unable to be removed or replaced).
  • Fixed pasting multiple medialist items applying them in the wrong order.
  • Fixed Speaker/Panel selected lines being lost when restarting Assist.

 

Version 10.2.1 – 2024/08/27

FEATURES

General

  • Upgraded video engine to 2.9.0.13880.

API

  • Added a route to read the defined media constraints.

Assist

  • Deleting a single row will now show the newer confirmation dialog that shows the data about to be deleted.

BUGFIXES

Titler / Composer

  • Fix up/down keys acting on one of the lists (groups or objects) instead of the preview.
  • Fix the right shift not applying the movement speed boost.

Radio

  • Fix crash when closing Radio when auto-start is active and the module close confirmation was clicked only after the system initialization has started.

Assist

  • Fix a possible overlap when displaying multiple rows of a speaker/panel to be deleted (in multi-selection).
